I.AM takes reasonable care to keep the information published on this website accurate, relevant and up to date.

However, information relating to programmes, teachers, casting directors, filmmakers, dates, venues, schedules, prices, availability and other operational matters may change.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that I.AM may have under applicable law for information that forms part of a contractual offer or for representations on which a consumer is legally entitled to rely.

4. Professional Opportunities

I.AM provides professional training, industry exchange, masterclasses, workshops and related services within the film, television and performing arts industries.

Participation in an I.AM programme, interaction with a casting director, director, producer, agent, manager or other industry professional, or access to I.AM's professional network does not constitute a guarantee of employment, casting, representation, career advancement or any particular professional outcome.

Any casting, employment, representation or professional engagement remains subject to the independent decisions of the respective third parties involved.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the website and its original contents, including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, logos, programme concepts, course materials, audiovisual material and other protected elements are owned by or lawfully licensed to I.AM-ACTOR INSTITUTE FOR ACTING MALLORCA SL and are protected by applicable intellectual property and industrial property laws.
