Heat. Summer. On 12 August 2026, a total solar eclipse is crossing right over Mallorca, giving us the opportunity to reflect about what is covering our powerful light. What keeps you from shining? What in you is still hiding? How to develop the confidence to step fully into your light — and expand it? This exclusive retreat is designed for leaders, actors, entrepreneurs, and public personalities who want to strengthen their presence and impact, confidence through ease and truthfulness. This presence work includes personality reading, camera training and guided self reflection; It´s a space to experience yourself from another meta-level, ready to create and reposition — your career, your projects, your life. The outcome is a stronger, more magnetic presence — with greater emotional resonance, authentic confidence, and the ability to attract the right people, trust, and opportunities. As an actress and head+heart of I.AM, Tara Linke, had been training speakers, coaches and entrepreneurs in Presence & Performance since over 10 years. Iris Baumüller is a highly renowned Casting Director known for her specific personality analysing skills and support of many actors in their careers. SCHEDULE: August 11 - Arrival day from 18:00 welcoming aperitif with dinner 20:00-21:30 Opening session August 12 - Eclipse Day 10:00-14:30 - Workshop phase 1 15:45 - 16:45 - Drive to harbor 17:30-21:30 - Sailing Boat Tour with Tapas / Eclipse around 20:00 (max. 12 people) August 13 10:00-16:00 - Workshop phase 2 August 14 10:00-16:00 - Workshop phase 3 Dinner at the sea August 15 10:00-16:00 - Workshop phase 4 August 16 - Departure day Leaving around 11am to Palma and Airport FEE 925,-€ (VAT included) - Artist fee 1125€ + 21% VAT - regular fee ACCOMMODATION: 155€ Single Regular (shared bath) 200€ Single De Luxe (bigger space, bath en suite) Twin Room: 50% (If available. We´ll pair you up, if you come alone) CATERING: 50€ / day include 3 meals per day + all snacks + Water/tea/coffee/juice. Intolerances will be respected. If we all decide to eat out in a restaurant, everyone pays their share. VILLA / LOCATION: Near Son Severa (45mins from Airport, 55 mins from Palma center) GETTING THERE: SHUTTLE: Arrival day shuttle hours: 10am-8pm (possible waiting time of 1 hr possible) / Departure day: 10am to Airport + Palma Center. Shuttle: 33€ per way. TAXI: 45mins / around 100€ per way OPTIONAL: Editing of the About Me Video by Marino can be requested through us.
Application & Policies
APPLICATION Please understand it will take us a few days to confirm your application. We need to check if this event suits your profile, education and experience. Also we try to have a fair balance of languages, cultural backgrounds, gender etc. in our groups, so IF your application would get declined, it would have nothing to do with your value of talent or as a person. We will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your understanding and please wait with your flight booking. WHAT´s NEXT? Once you get accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to do a pre-payment / full payment. You then my book your flight. CANCELLATION POLICY OPTION 1) We have to cancel If the workshop production needs to be cancelled due to “force majeure” / higher acts of nature, it will be postponed to another date. Same teachers (if available, otherwise we will provide teachers of the same "level" and countries), same or similar place, same amount of days. OPTION 2) You have to cancel If YOU need to cancel for any reason you will get a voucher of the event minus the application fee (basically we keep the application fee for our administrative work & losses). MONEY BACK? We generally do not have a money back policy but you will receive a voucher for the amount you had paid. The I.AM vouchers you can activate at any time for other workshops (not Casting Circles) so that you don't lose your money. (Casting Circles has its own application process. Once accepted, you may also use the money with a Casting Circle; On the other hand, a voucher gives you not the right to be accepted at a Casting Circle). If you do not get accepted, you will get a full refund. CANCELLING YOUR ACCOMMODATION If the class comes in package with the accommodation, you might lose the accommodation expenses if we cannot find anyone else taking it. We will do our best but cannot guarantee your money back as this is a third party (hotel/finca...) we had to reserved for you. If you have you have booked your accommodation with the hotel directly, their terms and conditions are valid.
