4 Casting Directors. 3,5 Days of 6-8 hrs masterclass, training + material check. 4 nights in a stunning manors house with pool + garden in the south east of the island, 5 mins drive to beaches. CONTENT: Every day a new class with a new Casting Director. You will be working on your Live Auditioning + Self Taping skills by working one to one with every Casting Director within a class of 10-13 participants. A material and positioning consultancy by Suse will be your special gift. PREPARATION: You will receive scenes / monologues to prepare (7-10 days in advance). For the self taping class you'll need to upload your scene beforehand. Therefore we ask you to register at www.filmmakers.eu and create a full profile (basic entry is free of charge!). SCHEDULE: 23. MARCH - Arrival day Beach day for early arrivals 19:00 welcoming aperitif with dinner 24. MARCH - Day 1 10:00-11:00 - Opening Circle 11:30-18:00 - Circle station 1 incl. lunch break 25. MARCH - Day 2 10:00-18:00 - Circle station 2 incl. lunch break 26. MARCH - Day 3 10:00-18:00 - Circle station 3 incl. lunch break 17:30-18:00 - Closing Circle (everyone) with final Q & A 27. MARCH - Departure day 10:00 Check out finca CLASS FEE: 1215,-€ including full board catering (4x3 meals per day) / incl. VAT. ACCOMMODATION: Triple Room: 65€ per night Twin Room: 85€ per night Single Room: 155€ per night CATERING: 3 breakfasts, 4 lunch, 4 dinner, all snacks + Water/tea/coffee/juice are included in the full board masterclass fee. Your intolerances / preferences will be respected (application check box;)) VILLA / LOCATION: S´Horta (South East), 45mins from Airport, 55 mins from Palma center Check in: 23.03.26 / after 1:30pm Check out: 27.03.26 / at 10am GETTING THERE: SHUTTLE: Arrival day shuttle hours: 1pm-8pm (possible waiting time of 1 hr possible) / Departure day: 10am to Airport + Palma historic center. Shuttle provided by us is 30€ per way TAXI: 45mins / around 80€ per way BUS: from Palma and airport: 2-2,5h / 9-14€ per way OPTIONAL: HEADSHOT or ABOUT ME VIDEO created by Marino (please ask us about his availability and for his special fee for our participants)
Application & Policies
APPLICATION Please understand it will take us a few days to confirm your application. We need to check if this event suits your profile, education and experience. Also we try to have a fair balance of languages, cultural backgrounds, gender etc. in our groups, so IF your application would get declined, it would have nothing to do with your value of talent or as a person. We will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your understanding and please wait with your flight booking. WHAT´s NEXT? Once you get accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to do a pre-payment / full payment. You then my book your flight. CANCELLATION POLICY OPTION 1) We have to cancel If the workshop production needs to be cancelled due to “force majeure” / higher acts of nature, it will be postponed to another date. Same teachers (if available, otherwise we will provide teachers of the same "level" and countries), same or similar place, same amount of days. OPTION 2) You have to cancel If YOU need to cancel for any reason you will get a voucher of the event minus the application fee (basically we keep the application fee for our administrative work & losses). MONEY BACK? We generally do not have a money back policy but you will receive a voucher for the amount you had paid. The I.AM vouchers you can activate at any time for other workshops (not Casting Circles) so that you don't lose your money. (Casting Circles has its own application process. Once accepted, you may also use the money with a Casting Circle; On the other hand, a voucher gives you not the right to be accepted at a Casting Circle). If you do not get accepted, you will get a full refund. CANCELLING YOUR ACCOMMODATION If the class comes in package with the accommodation, you might lose the accommodation expenses if we cannot find anyone else taking it. We will do our best but cannot guarantee your money back as this is a third party (hotel/finca...) we had to reserved for you. If you have you have booked your accommodation with the hotel directly, their terms and conditions are valid.
